Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Petly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Description of Service
Petly is a mobile app for coordinating pet care within private groups. Available on iOS and Android.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. You must be 13+ to use Petly. One account per person.
4. Acceptable Use
No illegal activity, no harassment of other group members, no attempt to reverse-engineer the app.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Billed monthly or annually via Apple/Google. Cancellable anytime. No refunds except as required by Apple/Google policy.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, notes). You grant Petly a license to store and display it within your group.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime.
8. Limitation of Liability
Petly is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
